STOP BEING MATURE AND START BEING MAGNETIC

I shut down a successful business only to realize I had accidentally found my way back to who I’ve always been. EL-OH-EL.

I searched how many times I mentioned the word ‘art’ in my ongoing 2026 e-diary. 109 times. By my math (which you guys know I failed a lot), that’s about every other day. But the reason I specifically searched ‘art’ was because I knew it would lead me to revelations like these which describe the person I’ve been looking to embody again:

2/27/2026 entry:

"I had such an imaginative mind as a child. And to think a lot of those stories I was writing by hand. I think this is a level of art I am again aspiring to."

All of this is nothing if not but a reflection of my obsession with getting back to the original state of who I was before I had a life. I think we all should be doing this.

There is actually psychological research that supports this. Intrinsic motivation (doing something because it's inherently satisfying vs. extrinsic motivation—doing something for reward) is consistently associated with greater persistence, creativity, and well-being.

Whoever came up with ‘get a fucking hobby’ ateee.

Before social media started handing you profitability playbooks and marketing masterclasses you were operating almost entirely on instinct. The stuff you did for no incentive is data about who you actually are as opposed to what got reinforced later through scarcity or fear.
