Pat McGrath has officially filed for bankruptcy and canceled its auction. It feels like just yesterday we were celebrating a billion dollar valuation, I feel. The people who think this bankruptcy can be reduced to the brand simply being too expensive are not my kind of thinkers.
e.l.f. Beauty released their first fragrance in collaboration with H&M. I love that I can tag them now that they’re on Substack.
Am I the only person that can’t help but pocket-watch when I see big campaigns go out like this? Like the dancers, the hair, the makeup and choreography, an original song lmao. There is really money in this world.
